Colombia: Santos Accuses ELN of Explosions in Pension Fund Branches

The President of Colombia Juan Manuel Santos charged the National Liberation Army guerrilla group with being behind two blasts that hit the offices of the Aval Pension Fund on Thursday, causing 8 minor injuries. The Minister of Defense has offered a US$38,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible.
