A police dog in Alabama died recently due to being left in a patrol car on a hot day.

A K-9 died recently after being left in a patrol car on a hot day. 


Gulf Shores Police Corporal Josh Coleman forgot the dog was in the backseat of the vehicle and left him there for an undetermined amount of time. 


Upon suddenly realizing that Mason wasn’t around, he went looking for him. 

When the dog was located, he was immediately rushed to a veterinarian. 


His situation was not good, and he was transferred to an advanced animal care facility in Pensacola.
