I am over 50 yrs. old and have been going to Broadway Family Karate for over three years. I find it to be a great place for the young and the old to learn Tae Kwon Do. I have seen young kids come in quiet and unsure and develop confidence and coordination over time. Doing martial arts is great exercise, flexibility and self defense. The instructors at BFK are very helpful, encouraging and make learning fun. I have formed many friendships over the years. I highly recommend BFK to any one looking for a new challenge.
