We haven't been here for too long, but so far, so good. The classes are the right length and are set up so you can move forward and achieve your goals at a reasonable pace. I haven't seen anything I am not happy with. It isn't an intimidating atmosphere, so everyone in the family feels at home and comfortable (which is saying alot). It felt good from the first session when we were all wearing our sweatpants.
