A low calorie egg nog recipe made with soy & coconut milks, so you don't have to watch your waistline and feel guilty during the holidays!

INGREDIENTS:

Soy Milk (1 container of 32 ounce, no sugar added, plain soy milk)
Coconut Milk (2 cans of 13 oz)
Honey (8 tablespoons)
Vanilla Extract (1 tablespoon)
Kaluha (4 tablespoons or more)
Nutmeg
