Here's my version of the very popular Korean black bean "jajangmyeon" noodles. Black bean sauce is cooked with potatoes, carrots, onion and zuchinni and then topped over delicious Asian noodles.
INGREDIENTS:
Noodles (8-10 ounces)
Sauce: Black Bean Paste (8 tablespoons) Oyster Sauce (2 tablespoons) Dark Brown Sugar (3 tablespoons) Water (2-3 cups depending on how big your vegetables are) Cornstarch (2 tablespoons dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water)
