The stolen music at the end is "Pocky Pocky, Mr. Sweetie" by the very talented Plasterbrain (https://soundcloud.com/plasterbrain) who scores JelloApocalypse's hilarious "Welcome to..." videos. It should be pretty obvious where the footage at 3:18 is stolen from.

English localizations of JRPGs should trim at least three minutes from every cutscene. Even with how awful the first ten minutes are to suffer through (I hope that my commentary made it somewhat watchable), the premise of Akiba's Trip is so unbelievably stupid that it actually kept me engaged enough to get half of the endings. It's a really short game, needs a serious overhaul of its UI, and is probably worth a $12-18 sale price. The Japanese voice acting is REALLY bland, though, so I'd recommend sticking with the uncredited English voices.
