Bolivia Detains Ex-Peruvian Presidential Aide Charged With Corruption

Martin Belaunde, former advisor to Peruvian President Ollanta Humala, was detained in Bolivia. He had escaped from house arrest before his extradition to Peru where he faces corruption charges.
