Ukraine: 1 Million Flee Homes in Donbass Region

One million residents of the Donbass region in eastern Ukraine have fled their homes as a result of civil war. Communities near the front lines are all but deserted except for a few elderly inhabitants without the means or possibility to flee. The central government in Kiev has stopped paying their pensions and assistance from the new authorities is intermittent. TeleSUR's special correspondent in the region, Vicent Montagud, sends this first-hand report.
