F. Chris Garcia is proud to be the first of his family to attend college, as well as to have earned multiple degrees at the university level. A native New Mexican, Garcia earned both his BA and his MA from the University of New Mexico, as well as his Ph.D. from the University of California at Davis. Garcia utilized his education to build a successful and enduring career in the field of higher education.
