Blaming her husband for the death of their newborn baby, Penny Gillespie goes on a murderous rampage before being institutionalized as criminally insane. Ten years later, she escapes just as a knife wielding clown-for-hire named "Penny Pockets" shows up at the home of her now ex-husband and his new wife.
