Let's be honest, the first time you have sex is definitely memorable, however it can also be a little awkward. Gregg Casarona's first time was a little bit of both, well, more like a lot of both.

Gregg Casarona is a 440-pound project manager who was 21, and a virgin, at the time he was dating his girlfriend Jen Gerakaris. The couple had been dating for about a month when they decide to move things to the next level. The couple's story will air on TLC's new series "Sex Sent Me to the ER" which premiers December 28.

Gerakaris at the time was 22 and living in her parents' basement in Long Island. It looks like Jen was the one that had to make the first move by stripping down to her bra and panties and waited on bed until Gregg got the hint.

It took him a little bit, but once Gregg got his rhythm going, he apparently got a little too carried away and sent Jen's head straight through the basement's sheet-rock wall. Gregg thought he'd killed her for a second before she slowly pulled her head out of the wall and asked, "Why'd you stop?"

According to Jen, Gregg looked like he was about to have a heart attack. Jen started to become dizzy and nauseous, so Gregg convinced her that she should go to the hospital. At the hospital, Jen was diagnosed with a concussion.

Looks like practicing safe sex with Gregg requires that both parties have the proper head gear.
