Ingredients: 3 x 6" Super Moist Chocolate Cakes 1.5 cups dark chocolate ganache 500g light brown fondant (for the fur) 650g blue fondant (for the coat) 225g red fondant (for the hat) 25g black fondant (for the eyes & nose) 80g dark brown fondant (for the suitcase) 75g white fondant (for the note around the neck)
Materials: 14" white cake board 6" cake set-up board 3" cake set-up board 2 x 2" plastic dowels 1 x 5.5" plastic dowel 3.5" round pastry/cookie cutter hot glue gun serrated knife sharp knife off-set spatula black edible marker wooden modelling tool, toothpick or wooden skewer 4 x small toothpicks 20" (50cm) of string (for the note around the neck)
