Back on April 28th, Sam Smith announced he had a hemorrhage on his vocal cords, and said he had been vocally exhausted for a while. Now, the singer told fans via social media that he needs to undergo surgery. He is expected to resume his tour on July 5th at the Mainsquare Festival in France.
