A new MRI method that captures ten times the images of a standard system has been used to record the muscle movements in a man’s head and neck as he sings.

A new magnetic resonance imaging or MRI system has been developed that is considered one of the fastest in the world.

Scientists have even used it to record a man singing, in this case, “If I Only Had a Brain” from The Wizard of Oz.

The new system can take 102 frames per second, or about ten times the speed of a typical MRI.
