When you run a promotion on a Facebook you should use clear strategy: You need to see what countries will give you best results and make promotion with low budget in order not to spend much on bad ads, so if you see that one ad cost more then other just switch it off and spend more on lower cost ad and it will bring better results.. also use your competitors names as keywords in your promotion.
