00:20We've had Hanzo for four years now I would consider Hanzo to be one of the best dogs

00:25I've ever been around. It's such a caring and loving dog and loves to be around other dogs and other people

00:33Hanzo is extremely

00:36Obsessed. No, let's not use obsessed

00:39Hanzo is extremely

00:41enthusiastic about the sport of surfing

00:44if there were

00:46points for the most

00:48Enthusiastic dog of surfing Hanzo would definitely be at the top of the list

00:56When Hanzo was about 8 weeks old, I taught him to skateboard

01:02About when he was eight eight months old we went to our first surf competition and he was a natural he took right to it

01:10When he falls off his board, he will pop up look for his board and get back on

01:16having a dog that surfs and gates

01:19affects our life by

01:22Involving us with people that we may have not met before

01:26It's a very good community of dog lovers that participate in these kind of events

01:31So we enjoy the camaraderie amongst the other surf dog competitors

01:43There's some pros and cons to the surfing and skating

01:47With Hanzo the pros are he gets a lot of attention and

01:52People always want to talk to him and take photos and interact with our family

01:59the cons of

02:00Surfing and skating is he's now become obsessed. He's very good at healing when we walk around

02:06He's very good. But as soon as he sees a skateboard

02:10Better be careful and dig in because he will pull you

02:16Hanzo is a people person and he loves the attention that he gets from people when he's surfing his first competition

02:26Sit down we chose the boxer breed

02:30Because my wife and I were looking to start a family Hanzo is a very good family dog

02:36we have a 22 month old son now and

02:39He couldn't be better older brother. He's so kind and gentle with our son

02:43He can read your emotions when my wife was pregnant with our son and

02:49When it came closer to his due date, he really felt what she was going through and would not leave her side

02:56He's a very good companion and loving dog. He's such a pleasure to be around
