01:48but we wanted to try to talk about the Pet Collective and your experience on the litter,

01:52but also we want to open it up for non-personal questions because they are such big fans of yours.

01:57I'm sure they have more questions than just about kittens.

02:02Whatever you're comfortable with.

02:04So I will start things off.

02:06Obviously, you guys know that Chloe worked on the litter, and she was narrating.

02:10She did all the episodes, and she was just super great to work with.

02:15I wanted to start off with just the first question.

02:18We picked you, Chloe, because you're an animal advocate,

02:23and I was wondering if you could just talk a little bit about what you do in terms of that.

02:28I know that you like animals, and this project in particular was one.

02:33Well, for me, I've always been an animal lover ever since I was a little kid.

02:39Actually, when I was, I think, about four, I used to think that I was a dog.

02:45I genuinely believed I was a dog.

02:49I used to bark at people.

02:51I remember one time I was with my aunt and uncle and my parents,

02:57and we were at a restaurant, and some woman was really rude to my uncle.

03:00So my uncle is kind of a ball buster, and he told me,

03:05go bite that girl's leg, because he knew I would do it.

03:08I went and I bit the girl's leg, and what was she going to do?

03:11I'm a four-year-old. She's not going to let me.

03:14Animals don't have voices, and I feel like as people who do have voices,

03:22we have to stand up for animal brutality.

03:25Whatever is your passion, and I do love animals,

03:28and I think that you should treat them with care.

03:31They have feelings and emotions, and they're just like people, but they can't speak.

03:36No, that's great. I love that.

03:39They don't have a voice, and it's important that people with such a wide-reaching voice

03:44such as yourself really sticks up for them.

03:46So we appreciate that a lot.

03:48Thank you, and I was so honored to do this.

03:51This was so fun for me.

03:52I've never done a voiceover job before, but it was really exciting and fun,

03:58and I think because it is with animals, I was so comfortable to do it

04:03because it's so cute to watch, and while you're watching,

04:06you get to play and have little voices, and it was fun.

04:11Yeah, it was fun having you.

04:12We couldn't have imagined anybody better for the project.

04:15We loved the way it turned out, and working with you was great.

05:07My question was how did you get involved with this project?

05:12Well, what's so cool is I was actually asked by the Pet Collective.

05:18They asked me if I would do a voiceover for this

05:23because there's so many animals that don't have homes

05:29and that need homes and people,

05:31and it's so good when you can rescue animals because, I mean,

05:37the population of animals are so overwhelming,

05:42and that's why it's so important to spay or neuter your pets

05:45because there's millions of animals who do not have homes or food,

05:48and the population is getting crazy about it.

05:51And I was asked.

05:52I wanted to bring awareness to something that is positive

05:54and something that I believed in.

05:56I love animals.

05:57It was easy for me.

05:59That's great.

06:09Are you going to work with the Pet Collective on any upcoming projects?

07:09Did you learn a lot about raising the kittens in these videos?

07:13I did.

07:15I used to have cats when I was younger,

07:18and I didn't realize because I've never had multiple cats at one time.

07:23So I definitely did.

07:25You realize how it's crazy because they're still so young,

07:29but the mama cat, mama footy really does.

07:33They have to let the cats kind of grow up so fast and on their own,

07:37and it's just exciting to see the progression

07:39and how it's really like people.

07:42They take baby steps, and they can't open their eyes,

07:45and they have to feed, and they fight like brothers and sisters.

08:24Like I'm a sucker for animals.

08:26If I find animals off the street, I've always just taken them home

08:29and then my mom will let me, but that's just, you know, that's how I am.

08:49No.

08:52My older sisters don't.

08:55They're not big animal people.

09:00so it's fun that I get to have that experience with them.

09:09But Kourtney and Kim, they're not big animal people.

09:12They don't like all the work, I guess, with the animals.

09:28Chloe, I know you travel a lot, so it's probably really difficult to have pets,

09:32but if you were stable in one place for more than five minutes,

09:36what kind of pet would you pick, either a dog or a cat or what kind?

09:40Well, I've been going back and forth with wanting a dog for quite some time,

09:45but I do, like I am someone, I love animals so much,

09:49I don't believe in just having one to have one.

09:51Like I have to be around to take care of it,

09:54and I don't just want to put an animal in my backyard and leave it there.

09:58So right now, actually, I was talking about it earlier,

10:01I'm searching some rescues to see about some medium-sized dogs

10:05or smaller ones so I could travel with the animal.

10:08But I am looking for a puppy.

10:10I'm just trying to see.

10:12I have to think it through because I do travel a lot,

10:14and I want it to be fair for my puppy.

10:17I don't want it to be in a hotel all the time and on a plane,

10:21so I have to make sure I'm making the right choice.

10:23Yeah, that makes sense.

10:25That's super important.

10:27Responsible adoption is one of the things we try to touch on at the Pet Collective, too,

10:30because a lot of people do that.

10:32They'll get a dog or cat, and then they'll be like,

10:35oh, I have to move, and then just go bring it to a shelter.

10:37And they don't realize that a lot of times those animals die.

10:39Right, and I've been thinking about it for about six months now

10:42since I moved to Dallas because I really wanted one.

10:45And then I was like, I wasn't fair at the time.

10:48So I'm still researching rescues to see if I find one that I'm obsessed with,

10:54but I'm still being patient about it because I want it to be fair for the animal.

11:06I actually have a question, if you don't mind.

11:08Are there any animals that you don't like?

11:10Are you grossed out by spiders or snakes or anything like that?

11:13I'm traumatized of whales.

11:17Traumatized.

11:18Whales?

11:20It is my biggest fear of life, and it ruins the ocean for me

11:25because they are just – I don't know why are they so big?

11:30And then I'll watch documentaries about whales on Animal Planet,

11:38and some of them are the size of two school buses.

11:42And I'm like, if that is in the water and I'm going to flip my boat over,

11:46I'm traumatized.

11:48Even just watching them, I will not go to SeaWorld.

11:51I will not go to things that have whales.

11:53They freak me out.

11:54And my sisters think it's so funny to mess with me about them,

11:58but they're traumatizing to me.

12:00I have never heard anyone being traumatized by whales before.

12:03Ryan, I like to make an impression.

12:11So what about sharks?

12:13Are you more afraid of whales than sharks?

13:19I think cats are a little easier than dogs for traveling wise.

13:24Meaning if I'm gone for just a night, I feel like I have people here that I will trust.

13:30Cats are much more independent from what my experience was as a kid.

13:35When I used to have my own cats as a kid, I feel like they're more independent.

13:39But I would definitely foster a cat.

14:22Because this is a Norwegian forest cat.

14:26And I was looking up stuff from Norway and stuff.

14:34And I said that she was such a goofball that I decided to name her Fotalia,

14:39which is Norwegian for fuzz brains.

14:41She also likes to touch a lot of stuff with her paws.

14:45She's a goofball, though.

14:48She just walks up to things and touches them.

14:50But, you know, she's very beautiful.

14:52We still have her, and she's up for adoption.

15:02They're all so, so cute.

15:55On every leopard, their spots are unique,

15:57almost like a human's fingerprints.

15:59They're just such beautiful animals.

20:32It was my first time ever doing radio, and I fell in love with it.

20:35And then when I moved to Dallas, a radio station there gave me an amazing opportunity to do radio.

20:42And it's just something I really love to do.

20:45I love to talk, and so it was a great job for me.

21:03I loved when Chloe did the, I'd rather her name be referred for PETA.

21:09I just thought, I mean, she did so many good things, and it was awesome.

21:14I know so many people were confident, got a lot of confidence from that episode.

21:23I mean, it's definitely something that I, I didn't know how fur, it might be so silly,

21:28but I really didn't know how fur was made.

21:30I just, I didn't realize about the torture that's being involved and how brutal they would treat the animals.

21:36And I wasn't aware to it, so I felt like if I wasn't aware, and I'm an animal lover,

21:43even though I wasn't secure with my body, I wasn't in like this great body shape at the time,

21:49but I was like, I want to make a statement.

21:51And I mean, I really stepped out of my comfort zone and did it, and I'm so grateful I did.

21:57But I felt so good once I saw it, and I was like, wow, like I just kind of got over my own insecurities.

22:04And I was like, it's about other things.

22:06There's greater things to send a message with.

22:08So I was, I was really happy about that too.

22:11But I definitely struggled at first.

22:13I was like, I don't know about being naked for this, but it was fur of the cause.

22:17So I'm happy that I did it.

22:20You're beautiful.

22:27No, we're sisters, and this is my best friend.

22:29I've been friends with her since kindergarten.

23:04You know, it was my first time.

23:06So I felt like for me, as soon as I did it, like the first episode,

23:11you know, I felt like I was kind of getting the hang of it,

23:15and it's fun because, you know, you let me watch clips of the kittens in the episode,

23:20so I felt like I got to get a glimpse of their personalities

23:24so that you have more life when you are narrating for it.

23:28But I don't know.

23:29It wasn't weird.

23:30It was just like it was more exciting.

23:33It's different to kind of have the roles reverse.

23:36Yeah, it is reverse.

23:39Well, I think that's probably about it.

23:46She is such a huge voice for animals, and we really appreciate it a lot.
