00:00Hello everyone and welcome to The Pep Collective. If you don't have a clue who I am, my name
00:23is Kate and I have a YouTube channel called Dolly Bobo, which is a fashion, beauty, lifestyle
00:27channel. And if you're familiar with my channel already, you'll know her. This is Miley and
00:32she is nearly seven months old, she'll be seven months old next week, and she's a beach
00:35on a free day. So the first thing I'm going to show you because it is a little bit messed
00:39up, is this little toy lamb. This is like her favourite thing, you can see how much
00:44she's interested in it, like this is her absolute favourite. And she just wanted to get it out
00:49of the bag straight away. But she loves this and she's kind of ruined it already, she's
00:53only had it a little while. It's got a little squeaky, squeak toy, which is really cute.
00:58And it has little ropey legs, which are her favourite things, like little rope toys. So
01:04she's chewed that one, as you can see, and she's also chewed the stuffing in the back.
01:10So I can't let her play with it all the time until I fix it, but she does love it. Something
01:14else I got, which I probably wouldn't have picked up, but it looked really, really exciting,
01:19is this wee fun treat puzzle. These are from Pets at Home, by the way, most of this stuff
01:25is from Pets at Home. And it's supposed to provide mental stimulation and help build
01:29a bond between you and your dog. She has also played with this, but these are the only two
01:34things she's had so far. You get this part of the game where they have to claw it and
01:40uncover little pockets and hidden bits to get the treat out, so that's really fun. And
01:46this one, which is quite a lot harder, they have to spin the little cog either side, and
01:51they both go different ways. Basically, she loves this. It's really cool. I think it was
01:57about 9.99. We picked her up these high-rise bowls, and as you can see, it's in the shape
02:02of a bone, and it has two little stainless steel dishes, obviously one for food and one
02:06for water. We picked this up in T.K. Maxx, which if you're American, it is T.J. Maxx,
02:13in the pet section, so this is really cool. I guess I can't remember how much it was.
02:20It was 7.99, and I just thought it was nice. You can obviously take the bowls out, and
02:25she can have her dinner. So sticking with food-type items, we got her some treats, obviously,
02:31because every dog loves a treat. So first of all, we got these Jumbo Chicken Rice Bones.
02:38Now, these are actually for medium-sized dogs, and I think we probably picked up the wrong
02:42one without realising. And then this is what she really, really, really loves. These are
02:46Dentastix Daily Oral Care, and these are really good because they're in a kind of crush shape,
02:51so they help with tartar build-up and things like that, but they're really, really tasty.
02:54Apparently, I've never tried one myself, personally. And we also got her a Kong, because I've wanted
02:59to get her one of these for ages. If you don't know what a Kong is, it's basically a rubbery
03:04toy, and you fill it with... You can get this actual Kong kind of spray, which is a meaty,
03:12creamy substance, which we didn't get, because it doesn't look that healthy to me, personally.
03:19But we just put larger treats in there and things, and they can roll about with it, pick
03:23it up, chuck it about, and they just have fun with it, and then they get a treat at
03:27the end of it once they've managed to retrieve the treat from it. And a few more toys that
03:31we got her. We got her some rubbery, squeaky ones, which are very loud. We got a cupcake
03:38and a rubber ball. She loves these as well, as you can see. She's very interested in them.
03:43So I'm going to take the tags off and let her play with these, finally.
03:47So we picked up two new ones, and these are also from Pets at Home, and I just fell in
03:52love with them straight away, because they are pink, and they've got a rose design. They
03:56look really like calf kidsen, which I've never seen before, so I absolutely adore these.
04:02This was £4 for the collar and £5 for the lead, which I think is really, really, really
04:07reasonable. And yeah, they're just so pretty. I do like her to have pink things, but I don't
04:13dress her up or anything in pink, so there's kind of a balance, but I can't really help
04:18it with the pink lead and collar. I just love them so much. So I can't wait for her to be
04:23able to wear this one and go out for a walk on that.
04:26We also picked up this, which is a harness. It's kind of adjustable, so you can make it
04:32bigger or smaller. But I think they're obviously a lot kinder to dogs than walking them on
04:37a collar, even though loads of dogs walk on collars. But if they pull a bit, then obviously
04:41a harness is best, and this cost £10.
04:44We've got a Flexi lead. This is the classic compact one, and it goes 5 metres or 16 foot,
04:53and it's for small dogs.
04:55Got the black one. Didn't get the pink one in the end, because you can't have everything
04:59pink. And they're just fun, so you can train them to come back to you as well without the
05:04risk of them running away, which is always good with these.
05:07Another toy that was hidden away in here was this bone, and it's like, see, she's interested
05:12in all of them. This one doesn't speak, Bubba, but it's really nice. It's made of this soft
05:17linen sort of material, but it's really cute. The make is Buttons are Bear, which is from
05:24Pets at Home. And yeah, it's just a really cute little dog toy bone, and it's nice and
05:28soft and squidgy. And there is a bell in it, actually, so it doesn't squeak, but it rattles
05:33about.
05:34Finally, on to grooming. So we got her some bits for that as well. So the first thing
05:38that I got for grooming is this set. This is the Puppy Grooming Kit at Pets at Home,
05:44and it says it contains a rubber slicker, a comb, and a flea comb. So there's the flea
05:51comb there, if your dog does ever have fleas. Hopefully, ours won't have fleas, but that's
05:55a flea comb. This is the rubber slicker. Our rubber slicker brush is ideal for use during
06:01bath times, which is really great, because when I've tried brushing her through when
06:05she's in the bath or wet, her kind of fur mattes up really badly. So I think this kind
06:11of rubber brush is going to be ideal for that. And this is the comb, and it's kind of like
06:17a thin kind of toothed comb. It looks like it could be quite, like, not painful, but
06:23it's not the softest of brushes. So this would be if she did have any kind of bad knots,
06:28or you just want to go through the hair finely, but definitely not to, like, go across her
06:33skin like that, because that would be very sore.
06:35And then finally, I got some pet head products, which I've wanted for ages, because they're
06:40like the TG Med Head products. I don't know if they're made by the same brand, or they're
06:45a copy of. This is called I Love Pet Head, and this is the Best in Show Cucumber Melling
06:51Conditioning Spray. And obviously these are made for dogs, so they're 100% safe on dogs.
06:57I haven't bought her kind of human beauty products or anything. And you just spray onto
07:03their dry coat. It makes them easier to brush through, so I just thought that would be a
07:09nice little thing to try. And it was £9.99.
07:13And I also got the I Love Pet Head Frisky Bubbles. This is the Strawberry Yogurt Waterless
07:18Foam Shampoo. Bubble me up and wipe me down. This waterless foam shampoo freshens your
07:23pet's coat in a flash. No rinsing needed, and it's great to use while travelling or
07:28between baths. So it's kind of like a dry shampoo for dogs, even though it's totally
07:34different to that, because it's in, like, a liquid form. So obviously I am yet to try
07:39this. This was £7.99. But make sure to kind of follow my blog and my tweets and things,
07:45because I can update you on what I think of these. I really hope you enjoyed this video.
