Extraverts May Have A Skewed View Of Social Circles

Researchers at Dartmouth recently expanded upon the idea of the ‘friendship paradox’ by throwing a particular personality type into the equation – extraverts.

Years ago, social scientists mathematically confirmed that you’re not imagining it – your friends really have more friends than you do. 

It’s called the ‘friendship paradox’ and it comes down to simple matters of math and averages, especially if there’s a popular person in the mix the numbers start to skew. 

Researchers at Dartmouth recently expanded upon that idea by throwing a particular personality type into the equation – extraverts. 

They found that among the outgoing sorts, the paradox is even more pronounce
