A baby seal in California managed to waddle five blocks from the beach onto the grounds of a nearby high school before being detained by local sheriff's deputies.

In California, a baby sea lion recently decided to go exploring and wandered from the beach to a local school five blocks away.
When the pup was discovered on the premises of Mar Vista High School, San Diego sheriff's deputies were called to apprehend the animal.
Both Animal Control and employees at SeaWorld also came to look after the sea lion.
