At least one Nepali woman is dead following a bizarre rhinoceros attack.
Villagers in Hetauda, Nepal called in tranquilizer teams to sedate an enormous rhinoceros that terrorized the streets after escaping a wildlife reserve on Monday.
The one-horned rhino reportedly wandered out of the unfenced Parsa Wildlife Reserve and walked roughly 12 miles to the Makwanpur village.
Several villagers posted videos to social media. In one of the videos, a motorist can be seen fleeing from the rhino.
At least six others were injured, according to police.
"We have contacted the technicians to see if we can sedate the rhino," a police spokesperson said. "Our focus is to rescue it."
