Dracula sneeze
Definition: When you sneeze into your elbow and end up looking just like Dracula holding his cape over his face.
Example: Hey Lindsay, I really appreciate the fact that you just did a Dracula sneeze. Looks like you ?want to prevent the spreading of germs? just as much as I do.
