Firefighter Fatally Shoots Neighbor's Dogs And Post Their Photos On Facebook

For differing reasons, many property owners don't want neighbors' pets on their land. A volunteer firefighter in Hunt County, Texas is under fire for the actions he allegedly took after two dogs wandered onto his property.

For a variety of reasons, many property owners don't want neighbors' pets on or near their land. A volunteer firefighter in Hunt County, Texas is under fire for the actions he allegedly took after two dogs wandered onto his property.

In a photo posted to Tim Conatser's Facebook page, the dogs are lying lifelessly on the ground. They had been shot.

A caption read, "Somebody didn't put any truth my warning. Keep your dogs on your property."

The post quickly went viral and many people expressed outrage that the pets had been killed. It wasn't long before police were notified of the photo.
