Woman Saves Neighbors' Dog From Frozen Pond

A husband, wife and their dog were recently rescued from an icy pond in Kentucky. Prior to falling into the freezing water on Tuesday, the couple had decided to take their canine name Lady out for a walk.
A husband, wife and their dog were recently rescued from an icy pond in Kentucky. Prior to falling into the freezing water on Tuesday, the couple had decided to take their canine name Lady out for a walk.
The dog was the first to venture out on the ice and soon fell through. Her owners quickly went out to her, but they too slipped into the pond.
Nicole Young, who lives nearby, had just returned home from work when she witnessed what was going on.
Fire crews arrived on scene and they were successfully able to rescue the couple from the frigid pond
At some point, Young grabbed her kayak, paddled out to Lady, and pulled her on top of the boat.
Rescuers then pulled the boat back to shore. The couple was taken to local hospitals where they were treated for hypothermic injuries.
