"It was with a heavy heart that Megaman had no other choice but to destroy his brothers in order to stop their rampage all over the world. But just because all eight of them have been dealt with, doesn't mean that Megaman's job is done.
Now in this part, Megaman must travel to Dr. Wily's Castle Fortress and deal with him in order to put an end this this battle. Dr. Light finished all three of the Item Adapters that he promised to make Megaman, so now he's ready to enter the fortress and hopefully stop Dr. Wily's ambition.
Even though Megaman now has the powers of his eight brothers, he promises to himself and to Dr. Light not to use them in battle, unless it is absolutely necessary. But even with Megaman still resorting to using his Plasma Armcannon, can he still hope to stop Dr. Wily?"
