Spectacular Explosion at Volcán Popocatépetl Sends Ash Into the Sky

Volcán Popocatépetl is one of the most active volcanoes in Central America. On December 28, the ash that exploded from the volcano created a plume that reached two kilometers in height, according to local reports.
