Bold Thief Caught On Camera Stealing Four Bikes From Same Garage

About a week before Christmas, a suspect in Philadelphia made off with several bicycles and police recently released a video showing the crime in the hopes of catching the thief.
About a week before Christmas, a suspect in Philadelphia made off with multiple bicycles and police recently released a video showing the crime in the hopes of catching the thief.
The incident occurred on December 18th. Surveillance footage captured the man walking onto a sidewalk and waiting for vehicles to pass. Once he felt safe, he snuck past a gate and entered an apartment complex's garage area.
Not long after he disappeared from the camera's range, a bike emerged from that garage, being awkwardly lifted by someone on the out-of-view side of the gate. That someone, of course turned out to be the suspect, who emerged and lowered the dangling bicycle to the ground.
Once that was done, he jumped on it and rode away from the scene. He wasn't quite done yet though. The male returned to the same sidewal
