Dedicated to People is a non-government organization in Odisha that providing self employment to uneducated and unemployed rural youths by promoting rural craft and craftsmanship. It also helps promoting of eco-tourism, rural tourism, cultural tourism and tribal tourism. In the year 2000, the NGO started in a small village near the Puri district of Odisha. It was essentially started with the purpose of building the rural India, through providing the basic requirements of life of a common villager. Now, besides its main project site, Dedicated to People has its branch extended in many parts of India. It has been producing the ancient form of Palmleaf Engraving in Odisha on different topics like, Gita Govinda, Krishna’s Life Story etc. It also produces other palm leaf products like Tea Coasters and Canisters.
