Working with Joseph and Malcolm was an absolute joy! I came to Joseph through a mutual client, as I had been looking for an engagement ring but couldn't find anything unique. It just seemed all retail rings looked ALIKE. I really wanted the ring to have symbolism, thought and personal meaning that represented the love, history and commitment of my relationship with my girlfriend. From the moment I walked into the office and sat down with Joseph, to the final reveal of the ring Malcolm so lovingly created and designed for us, I knew I was with experts who made my hopes and dreams their own. The process was a lot of fun too! I was included in all phases of the initial drawings. I was able to make suggestions and tweaks to what Malcolm sketched for me. Once the computer images came in, I was encouraged to give my input and add or remove things I did or did not like. When the ring finally arrived, it exceeded all expectations. My fiance' was completely blown away by the beauty and detail within the design, and the best part - her ring is one of a kind. It will forever be unique among countless thousands of cookie cutter rings on the market. When people see her ring, they immediately shower her with compliments, and begin asking questions about it. She loves it! I recommend Joseph Villarreal to you without reservation. You will do yourself an injustice if you go to anyone else. I will be a client for life!
