La première :
Dire 33 fois : سُبْحَانَ اللهِ Subhanâ l-lâhi (Gloire à Allah)
33 fois : الْحَمْدُ للهِ Al-hamdu li-l-lâhi (Louange à Allah)
33 fois : اللهُ أَكْبَرُ Allâhu akbaru (Allah est le Plus Grand)

puis dire :

لا إلهَ إلاّ اللّهُ وحْـدَهُ لا شَـريكَ لهُ، لهُ المُـلْكُ ولهُ الحَمْـد، وهُوَ على كُلّ شَيءٍ قَدير

Lâ ilâha illâ l-lâhu wahdahu lâ sharîka lâhu lahu-l-mulku wa lahu-l-hamdu wa huwa 'alâ kulli shay'in qadîrun

Il n'y a d'autre divinité [digne d'être adorée] qu'Allah, Unique sans associé. A lui la royauté et la louange. Et Il est Omnipotent.

La deuxième :
Dire 33 fois : سُبْحَانَ اللهِ Subhanâ l-lâhi (Gloire à Allah)
33 fois : الْحَمْدُ للهِ Al-hamdu li-l-lâhi (Louange à Allah)
34 fois : اللهُ أَكْبَرُ Allâhu akbaru (Allah est le Plus Grand) [Authentifié par Sheikh Albânî (As-Sahiha 102)]

La troisième :
Dire 10 fois : سُبْحَانَ اللهِ Subhanâ l-lâhi (Gloire à Allah)
10 fois : الْحَمْدُ للهِ Al-hamdu li-l-lâhi (Louange à Allah)
10 fois : اللهُ أَكْبَرُ Allâhu akbaru (Allah est le Plus Grand) [Sahih Al-Kalim At-Tayyib (89)]

La quatrième :
Dire 25 fois : سُبْحَانَ اللهِ Subhanâ l-lâhi (Gloire à Allah)
25 fois : الْحَمْدُ للهِ Al-hamdu li-l-lâhi (Louange à Allah)
25 fois : اللهُ أَكْبَرُ Allâhu akbaru (Allah est le Plus Grand)
25 fois : لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ Lâ ilâha illâ l-lâhu (Il n'y a d'autre divinité [digne d'être adorée] qu'Allah) [Sahih An-Nassâ'î (1350)]
