The Constitutional Court of Guatemala decided that the trial against ex-Dictator Efrain Rios Montt for crimes against humanity and genocide must be resumed inJanuary. Though pleased by the court's decision, Human Rights organizations fear that the Supreme Court could grant amnesty to the dictator. teleSUR
