Venezuela uses Culture for Including the Disabled

They come from all different artistic backgrounds, but this Friday in Caracas, Venezuela, disabled and able bodied alike came together for the country's first Cultural Talent Event for Inclusion. The event aims to bring together artists with disabilities as part of the International Week for Persons with Disabilities.
