Our AC was not working properly - not cooling. Tren was the technician sent to our home. He did an OUTSTANDING Job investigating and resolving the problem. He communicated his findings clearly and effectively. He was very personable and extremely conscientious in our home. It was a pleasure working with him and we would highly recommend Berkeys to others. GREAT JOB!
