Response time was very good particularly during a cold snap. Nick helped with our schedules by assigning a Saturday afternoon for the furnace replacement. Both Nick and the installation team did a great job of explaining what and how the project would be completed. The office staff also did a great job keeping us aware of the timeline. I've used Berkeys for a plumbing issue at work and was happy with that experience as well. I felt comfortable enough to contract with them for a spring AC and fall furnace tuneup.
