Over 3,000 foreigners reported as "missing" in Mexico in 4 years

Human Rights organizations report there are around 26,000 cases of missing or "disappeared" persons in Mexico. Hundreds of them could be Central American migrants on route to the United States and many of these migrants are victims of extortion or have been kidnapped and murdered.
