This week's program takes a look at drones, which while not a new phenomenon have, of late, attracted the attention of the public due to their capacity to act as "hunter killers". Jack Serle, of the Bureau of Investigative Journalism, delves into the role of drones in today's warfare as used by the only three countries employing them for purposes of killing people -- the United States, Israel, and the United Kingdom, with Washington being, by far, the most grievous offender. Its targets are Afghanistan, Somalia, and Yemen. Drone attacks were at first shrouded in secrecy but are now more openly publicized, both in the mass media as well as the social networks. teleSUR
