Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos began a six country European tour, beginning in Spain. The aim of the five day visit is to lobby for the creation of fund for the country's post-conflict reconstruction and for resources to replace coca production with other crops in an effort to reduce the supply of cocaine. teleSUR
