Little Girl Falls While Getting Ready for Trick or Treating

Mike Rylander’s 19-month-old daughter was getting ready on October 30 to go trick-or-treating for the first time the following day. While Kitty got dressed up without a hitch, there was a mishap at the front door and she fell to the floor.
