Results from yesterday's elections in Brazil were tallied very quickly last night due to a new electronic voting system. President Rousseff won the runoff with just under 52% of the vote. She has promised to dedicate her second term in office to fighting corruption and fomenting necessary political reforms, as well as to continue with her Workers' Party's social agenda.
