Mexico says Fugitive Iguala Mayor ordered attacks on students

Mexico's Attorney General today admitted that the now fugitive Iguala mayor, Jose Luis Abarca, and his wife Maria de los Angeles Pineda, were the intellectual authors behind the attacks on teaching college students, six of whom are dead and 43 still missing after being shot at and kidnapped by Iguala police with criminal gang ties. Unrest has rocked Mexico ever since the events of September 26 and even the United Nations has condemned the Mexican government's slow and inadequate response to the kidnappings.
