Brother and sister Paul and Michelle run away from their abusive foster parents. They drift through South Bronx neighborhoods until they meet up with another pair of siblings (Mario and Megan Van Peebles). With the older siblings help, Paul and Michelle might just have a chance to bring their foster parents to justice, and finally be free of the Horrors that haunt them.
