Daring Backwards Somersault Attempt Goes Terribly Wrong

On a ferry near Patras in the Summer of 2009, Giannis Artopoulos was feeling daring. As other passengers were looking over the side, Giannis stepped up onto a ledge and readied himself. He jumped up attempting a backwards somersault that unfortunately turned into a face plant on the ground. Shocked passengers rushed to his aide but luckily he didn’t break or bruise anything.
