The use of special weapons and SWAT teams have become pervasive, are on the rise, and have harmed innumerable innocent people. A mayor of a small town outside of Washington DC was a victim of a SWAT team operation and has decided to tell his story and fight back. New laws are being promoted to control such police abuses.
