Excellent Review
We had most of our downstairs, which is Travertine, refinished with the uneven tiles leveled and polished by Heaven Sent Floor Care. We had four bids for the job and the owner Ken gave us the most comprehensive explanation of the work. He was professional in breaking down the entire process for us and what was entailed. The Travertine floors now look amazing and he truly brought them back to life. Ken made sure everything was spic and span before they left! Ken Albrecht is professional, a pleasure to work with and to us the most trustworthy person to be in our home!
