The Dingbat Story is a deviation from our usual fare. It doesn't have kids in trouble, communists, kids learning lessons, or stranger abductions. Not it is a film about how title sequences are made. It show the inner workings of an art department of an unnamed company which apparently makes title sequences for films and television. it also features one of the ugliest human beings we have ever seen. I mean this guy looks like the Product of an Unholy Menage A Trois, PUMAT for short, between Icabod Crane, a cab with it's doors open, and The Elephant Man. Also the film never tells the viewer what the hell a dingbat is. On top of that, it has the most title sequences of any film we ever done. The film has at least two minutes worth of title sequences. Needless to say, it is a piece of crap or we would not of riffed it. And riffed it we did. Why? Because this film and the mutant freak that leads the art department deserve it.
