Are You a Born Leader?

A lot of people get into MLM and they look at their sponsors or they look at other members and think they’re just born leaders. How am I ever going to succeed in this kind of a business if I’m not a born leader?
But you don’t have to be a ‘born leader’ to succeed in an MLM business. All you have to do is know how to follow what other people are doing, duplicate the system.
For example, I’m pretty much what’s called an introvert. I don’t like being around large crowds of people. I don’t like standing up and speaking in front of people. I’m not an aggressive marketer.
I’ve never been considered in my entire life as a born leader. So trying to reach and maintain a rank in my MLM business as being a Team Leader, can be kind of tricky. I believe that is what held me back when I was in this business before. I didn’t realize you don’t have to be a born leader in order to be a Team Leader in network marketing.
