This Follow-Along video takes you through 20 minutes of seated meditation/Qigong, starting in a seated posture, going through 20 minutes of Qigong, and finishing with closing exercises. This video has no instruction and is silent except for the soft chimes that alert you when something is changing so you don't have to worry about setting a timer, or peeking at the video while you are meditating.
