(7/11) Yang Tai Chi Stepping Sets/ Line Drills: Circle Fist and Twist Step

A basic line drill for "Circle Fists and Twist Step" or "Circle Fists and Sit on Crossed Legs" which is not an actual posture found in Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan), but it builds the fundamental body motion of leading the upper body with the waist and it builds strength and flexibility in the legs.
