१कप नारियल का चुरा १/२ कप दरिया दल नमक १ अदरक २ हरी मिर्च कड़ी पत्ता १/४ tsp. हींग १ tsp. उड़द दल १ tsp. राई १ tbsp. तेल नारियल पानी
Method:
- Grind split bengal gram, ginger and green chillies into a smooth powder. - Add fresh grated coconut, salt and coconut water and grind well again. - To make a paste, add some plain water and grind well again. - For tadka, heat oil in a small pan. - Once the oil is hot, add the mustard seeds and white lentil. - Allow white lentil to turn brown and add asafoetida (heeng) and curry leaves to it. - Pour this tadka over the chutney. - Serve it in a coconut shell.
